  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

  3. Add the softened butter and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined and crumbly.

  4. Gradually add the milk while mixing until a dough forms. Fold in the chocolate chips.

  5. Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  6. Flatten each ball slightly with the back of a spoon.

  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the biscuits are set.

  8. Allow them to cool on a wire rack before serving.
