Ingredients
- 4 large carrots, peeled and sliced into coins
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

Add the carrots to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Sprinkle the brown sugar and salt over the carrots and stir to coat.

Reduce the heat to low and cover the skillet. Cook for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the carrots are tender.
